You can replace the default home page "Welcome in the intranet documentation" by your own home page. 
To create your new home page, use a HTML editor.

The corresponding file has to be saved as : WD_main.htm and stored in the Win'Design subdirectory named : \Donnees\Imp-exp. 
The images possibly inserted in the page must be stored in the subdirectory  named : \Donnees\Imp-exp\HTML_Fic.
