I have tried anyway a few things: qsub -k n option still generates files and options described here: http://www.clusterresources.com/torquedocs21/users/2.2files.shtml#stdout #PBS -e /tmp/error.$PBS_O_JOBID #PBS -o /tmp/output.$PBS_O_JOBID into qsub script.
