Hi Silvia,

Do you already have the database charged in ISIS-Fish (I mean your own database)? if so, try to delete it (Region/remove locally OR if it doesn't work close ISIS-Fish and delete the region folder in isis-fish-4/isis-database/regions) and then to import the new database. I know this is a bug, we used to have and might not be corrected in this version.

If you still fail in importing the region after that, could you please copy the full message written under "Details" in the error window and send it to the list together with the database?

Thank you

Sigrid

Hi Sigrid,

I've tried to open the db you sent us, but unfortunately it didn't work. I've tried using two different ISIS-Fish versions (4.4.0.2 and 4.4.1.0) but nothing; I've got this java error 'java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException'. Can you help me to solve the problem?

Thank you so much in advance for your help.

Silvia

Hi Silvia and all,

Thanks for sending your database.

Actually there was 2 databases in the zip. I worked on SoS_2018. However there should only be one in the zip. How did you export them ? using the menu/export a region ?

I had a look and managed to fix a few bugs (mainly in the equations : missing ";" or "lenght" instead of "length"). Nothing bad really but java is picky. You can "open the editor" for each equation and "check" them to avoid syntaxic errors like these.

I used the button "check the region" at the root of the tree which indicates problems in the DB.

Simulations are running for me with dummy numbers. Can you try again on your side using the attached DB?

Congrats on this first try.

Regards,

Sigrid
