export 0's in metiers that do not exist in strategies
Bonjour à touts: I have just noticed from my resultsExport files, that isis-fish-4.4.6.1 assign a zero value instead of dropping values where strategies do not match metiers. Attached is my database file and an example export. Bon Cordialement, Stéphanie
Hi Steffie The export file CapturesPoidsStrategies.csv contains the export of ISIS-matrix MatrixCatchWeightPerStrategyMetPerZonePop looping over all its dimension. This matrix has 6 dimensions C[timeStep,Pop,strategie, metier,popGroup,zone]. This matrix is set to 0 and filled with catch during simulation. Therefore, its value is equal to 0 if the metier does not belong to the strategie, if there is no catch of the groupPop of the Pop in the zone by the metier of the strategie. "matrice creuses" are used for storage during simulation only. When exporting these matrix into CSV files, 0 datas are added for missing values. -- Éric Chatellier - www.codelutin.com - 02.40.50.29.28
