En fait, c'était un problème dans tes modifs qui fait planter la base DemoRegion (population popage). Dans SiMatrix ligne 443 tu fait un result = result.reduce(); pour avoir la matrice totalFishingMortality, or popage n'est que sur une seule zone et donc tu perds aussi la dimension zone.
