Les bonnes nouvelles : - Olivier a installé la 2.5.4 sur acoustica - j'ai pu importer "sans pb" les données de pêche de PELGAS2012 La mauvaise nouvelle : - quand j'ai essayé de poursuivre avec l'import des données acoustiques, j'ai eu un message d'erreur bizarre (cf ticket) Donc ça sert à rien de se voir demain, car pour l'instant je suis bloqué dans mes imports, mais je veux bien que tu jettes un oeil sur mon pb (j'ai joint les fichiers d'import au ticket). The French Institute for the Exploitation of the Sea (Ifremer) has designed an open software suite for storing fisheries acoustic data and computing acoustic indicators for survey-based ecosystem monitoring. It comprises a postgreSQL database designed to store acoustic, navigation and fishing data from ecosystemic surveys (EchoBase) and a suite of R codes (EchoR) for computing fish population indicators based on Echobase data.
